Calendar & reminders

See every follow-up on a full-screen calendar — drag to reschedule, schedule date-less ones from the tray, and stay nudged by the nav bell and a daily reminder email.

/app/calendar lays every open follow-up out on a full-screen calendar, so you can see what's coming instead of scrolling a list. Dated follow-ups land on the grid; date-less ones wait in a tray you drag onto it. It's an extra way to work the same follow-ups you already set — nothing new to maintain.

Month and list views

Two views share a toolbar at the top — month for the grid and list for a week-at-a-glance agenda — with prev / next / today to move around. The calendar opens on the month grid on desktop and the list view on a phone, whichever reads better on the screen you're on.

Reschedule by dragging

Pick up any follow-up and drop it on another day to move its due date. The change saves as soon as you let go — if anything goes wrong it snaps back and tells you. No dialog, no form: just drag it where it belongs.

The unscheduled tray

Follow-ups you logged without a due date don't disappear — they gather in an Unscheduled tray above the calendar, each as a chip with the contact's name and what you meant to do. Drag a chip onto a day to give it a date; it leaves the tray and takes its place on the grid. Collapse the tray with its header when you want it out of the way.

Open a follow-up's details

Click any item — on the grid or in the tray — to open its details. From there you can:

  • Open contact — jump straight to the person's page.
  • Mark done — close the follow-up out.
  • Dismiss — clear it without marking it done.

Staying reminded

You don't have to keep the calendar open to stay on top of things:

  • The bell in the top nav carries a count of everything due today or overdue. Open it for the short list, mark any item done right there, or jump to the full calendar or your follow-ups list. When it's empty, you're all caught up.
  • Turn on the daily reminder email to get a morning nudge whenever follow-ups are waiting. It's opt-in — flip it on under Suggestions in Settings.

The calendar is an extra view, not a replacement

Your Home briefing and the /app/follow-ups list still show the same follow-ups — the calendar just adds a spatial, drag-to-reschedule way to see them. Use whichever fits the moment.
